MySQL Database Setup Help Please

Hi people,

I am very very new to all of this - and would like some help from you kind people please.

Project

Creating a database driven website. I need to transfer an Excel spreadsheet which contains 4 columns and about 1980 rows to a MySql database on the hosting server.

With MySql administrator i have managed to create a database, within this a table and within the table 4 columns.

How do i get the data from the spreadsheet to populate the single table?
