Hi Jacob,

Here is guide how to set up and configure ODBC drivers for MySQL Workbench migration wizard - http://mysqlworkbench.org/2012/11/set-up-and-configure-postgresql-odbc-drivers-for-the-mysql-workbench-migration-wizard/
Read the section 'Registering your ODBC Driver (Linux and Mac OSX)' - it's about PostgreSQL but for MS SQL is very similar just use /usr/local/lib/libtdsodbc.so instead psqlodbcw.so.
