The Windows notion of doing jobs best with one click, all details hidden under the hood, is mainly a marketing illusion that made Bill Gates rich, and in any case not readily applicable to relational databases, which are extremely complicated beasts.

This is a one-off job but not a one-step job. Each step except the first depends utterly on the previous step. You want cmd-by-cmd error control. Do each step, correcting errors as you go.
