Hi,

I have one 'MAIN database server' in my place and i also connect another 'Remote database' using FEDERATED engine from my database server.

I am just wondering, in case if that 'Remote database' gets hacked, is there any possibility that hacker could attack my MAIN database in my location using the connection?

Thanks.
