Federated in Windows?
Might be a stupid question, but it seems federated support isn't built into the windows binaries. Is this right, and if so, how can I build --with-federated-storage-engine under windows? My production boxes are linux, and I'm quite happy to compile from source on nix machines, but it's sod's law that the one server I'd find federated storage useful is a windows one.
