Ok, after reading storage source, it seems that when it was written, geometry fields were not available. Plugin is out of date, maybe it would be great to evaluate FederatedX instead.
Anyway, I try to add HA_CAN_GEOMETRY | HA_CAN_RTREEKEYS to table flags and check if nothing goes wrong.
If somebody is interested, or have better idea, hope to read him soon :)
