Re: Partition by Date Column
So, with mysql 5.1..32 do we have more support for date based partitioning than to_days() or year() function? i mean does it support hour() now? I am asking cause i have such requirement where I have to partition data on hours and wanted to know the intricacy too that has this been customized in mysql now that full date and time based partitioning can be done, is this plugged kind of thing now intrinsically ?
