We don't yet support partitioning in our GUI tools, but when we do, we'll provide support on most if not all platforms that MySQL itself runs on - Linux, Mac, and Windows, at the least, as well as source so you can build them on other platforms as well.
I can't give you an ETA, but we're working on it.
