Partition Plugin Not Found

I am running MySQL Community 8.0.15. When I run the command:
Select * From Information_schema.plugins;
...the plugin name "partition" does not appear on the list.
I'm running MySQL Community 5.6 on another server. It appears on that server.
How do I make it appear on my 8.0.15 instance? Is it possible? What do I not know?
