innodb_data_file_path and innodb_file_per_table

I wanted to configure each database in different drives, how to achieve this using innodb_data_file_path and innodb_file_per_table options?.

For Example:
Real-timeDB should in the c:\data\Real-timeDB
ArchivalDB should in the d:\data\ArchivalDB
HistoricalDB should in the e:\data\HistoricalDB
