Hi,
Thanks so much for the reply.
As suggested by you we are planning to manipulate it to milliseconds.
Since we are partitioning based on month/year/weekly etc...we will consider the UNIX_TIMESTAMP and multiply by 1000 to get the milliseconds. We just prototyped it and its working as expected.
