This is very helpful and i have also read links you provided. It helped very much.
Regarding normalization I am definitely gonna make changes.

I also opened my.ini, but i dont understand how to find out 20% of 4GB RAM(3.1GB for use) for key_buffer_cache because there was some M(dont know) they were using. Sorry I am very new DB engineer.
And yes we are going to purge old data also.

I also read from here -

about batch insert statement.

Sir how would you design such table (my table sample in my 2nd reply) if you know that in every 15 minute you are going to insert 30,000 records.(actual insert rate i found out)?

Please your advice will definitely gonna work for me. :)
