Actual table and data set is different. I got the same output which you got, if I used this given sample table and data set.
I gave you sample table structure (with less no. of columns but actual datatype) and sample data set.
In actual table, there is 15 columns and 30 lacs data in it.
I gave you ACTUAL EXECUTION PLAN in my first post which were generated from actual data set and table, from which you can get idea that even execution plan were not generated same on with partitioned and without partitioned table.
