Conversion of pre-5.7 partitioning to 5.7
I am going to be converting/upgrading some old servers that have partitioned Innodb tables. When I upgrade to 5.7, will those partitioned tables be automatically converted to use the Innodb-native partitioning? If not, is there any way to convert the tables, short of dumping all of the data, dropping the table, redefining it, and then reloading all the data?
