Partition Pruning Documentation

As you may have heard, MySQL 5.1.6 adds the ability to "prune" partitions, making many queries much faster than before (and faster than the same queries against tables with the same structure and data that aren't partitioned).

I've just added some info about how this is done so you can take advantage of it:

This is really a draft, but we're pretty excited about this enhancement so I've gone ahead and added it to the Manual anyway. Your observations and feedback are welcome in this thread, or you can send me an email (jon AT mysql DOT com) if you'd rather. Check back because I'm sure there will be some improvements made after we get some feedback.
