Union of two full-text searches
Are the rules for union of two full-text searches different from the rules for union of two normal select queries?
With full-text searches, I find that the quality of results from the union is distinctly worse than the quality of the results for only one full-text search.
With normal queries the results of the second query would be appended to the results of the first query. This is what I want with full-text searches but it doesn't seem to be happening.
