Full text search is not working on some values

Hi all
I have created full text search on Table.
Problem is that it is working on some values.
Like in my column in one record i have value='green'
in 2nd value ='yellow'
It is working for yellow but not for green.
This same problem is coming for other columns also.
If anybody have any information about this problem please help me out.
