Thanks a lot Anton. After your reply I tried again to check if everything was right in UTF-8. Files, http encoding, db encoding and everything was OK. But then I noticed that you used utf8_general_ci. So I tried to play with table and column collation and the answer was in columns. I used utf8_czech_ci, and then full-text didn't work properly on some few chars (s, z, e, c) with diacritic marks. But using utf_general I could find everything like expected. So i believe you can stay calm, it was my fault. Thanks a lot for this. But then I have to check again the fullname issue...
