IP address column type to be indexed for full-text
I need to manage a MyISAM table with around 5Million rows. Each row will have 5 words to be indexed for full-text search, one of which has to be the ip address column. In this IP address column i need to accommodate ipv4 and ipv6. Can anyone recommend a suitable Data type for this ip address column.
