Selecting A or B, with results including A and B first

Hi,

I've been looking at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/fulltext-boolean.html to find how to solve my problem : In selecting A or B, I wish I had rows including both A and B placed at the beginning of the set.

How to do that ?
