Is it possible to stop MySQL from indexing certain rows of a fulltext colum?

I asked this question in MyISAM forum, but since nobody answered there yet, I will duplicate it here. Is it possible to stop MySQL from indexing certain rows of a fulltext colum? (To increase speed of inserts and decrease size of the index.)
