What do you mean? Is "search results" the output from a "SELECT"? Where is the "full url"; in a TEXT field?
Please show us
* SHOW CREATE TABLE tablename;
* the SELECT statement(s)
Are you doing this?
MATCH (text_field) AGAINST ("
http://another.com"; IN BOOLEAN MODE)
