full text search for comma not working

Hello

I am using full text search for data having some special characters like ( [ ) ] , -
I have used this solution http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/full-text-adding-collation.html its working for other characters except comma ",".
is there way so that full text search will work with comma as well.

I am using mysql 5.6

Any help will be appreciated.
