Query Browser - case sensitivity?

My company has many inherited applications that we've converted to MySQL. The inherited DBs generally don't follow any kind of naming convention.

We develop mostly on Windows, but all our production servers are Linux. It would help immensely we could see db and table names as they truely are when developing on local Windows version of the databases.

Is it or could it be possible to show tables with their proper cases in the Windows version of the Query Browser?

Thanks
