Login to MySQL Query Browser with IP addresss instead of localhost

MySQL 5.5.9 is installed on Windows XP.
When I try to login with Server Host as localhost and Username root it works fine.
But when I am trying to login to Query Browser using IP address ( 10.32.34.234) as Server host I am getting Error 1130 ( Host name is not allowed to connect to this mysql server)

while ping is working fine with the same IP addres.

Please help us.
