I have the same problem too.
I have Windows XP and want to setup a database on a remote server and I thought mySQL Query Browser should be good choice. I didn't get through the very first window popup on, user, password and the host.... Error 1045
Have been looking a lot. There is no constructive instruction about this issue...
Help; some one!!!!
