MySQL Query Browser doesn't run under WinNT

Hi,
when I start "MySQL Query Browser" I get this error message: "Can't found ... 'getfilesizeex' ... in 'kernel32.dll'...".
On the downloadpage i've found that 2MySQL Query Browser" runs under WinNT.
Is this a wrong information?
