Question about complete set up of MySQL

I am in the process of setting up a server to run a web-based MySQL / PHP interactive application and, given that I have never taken on a project of this size, I would like to make sure that I am purchasing and downloading everything that I will need. Here's what I have so far:

To Purchase:
MaxDB 1 CPU Liscense
MySQL Pro Liscense
MySQL Box
Zend Studio Plus

To Download:
MySQL 4.0
MySQL Cluster
MaxDB 7.5
MySQL Admin
MySQL Control Center

Is there any thing that I am missing if I am starting from a new PC with only the Macromedia suite installed post-purchase?
