Installing MySQL from source using InnoDB Engine on CentOS 64 bit machine

I want to install MySQL 5.1 on 64 bit CentOS machine with 8GB of RAM from MySQL source so that I can optimize and install it for better performance.

I will be using the InnoDB engine. I wanted to know the typical configuration
things I need to pass to ./configure
