mysql-cluster | Three way node

Hello Team,

I am trying to Install MySQL cluster with Three nodes on CentOs 8

1 - Management Node
2 - Data Node/Sql Node
3 - Data Node/Sql Node

And My API Nodes are not connecting, It is giving me the following error

id=4 (not connected, accepting connect from 10.86.XXX.2XX)

Please help me figure out what am I doing wrong, I followed all steps given in the mySQL guide.
