embedded lib 5.7

I like to download the embedded version of the mysql 5.7.29 (I know that 8.0 doesn't support embedded version)

LIBMYSQLD.DLL
share\english\errmsg.sys
share\english\charsets // for unicode utf8 charsets
\lib\plugin

hot to obtain those files?
btw. 5.7 64bit needs a VS runtime?
