boils down to installing a service, probably:

"<some path>\<mysqld name>" -k install -n "MySQL" -k

The MySQL zip version doesn't install the MySQL service.

This is a problem with the zip version for Windows, and, it shows up as lots of errors.

Someone should write a script that fixes this.
