BASEDIR AND DATADIR

To set basedir and datadir i always renamed my-huge.cnf to my.ini, set these 2 values and copied my.ini to the windows dir.

Now in version 4.0.21 there are no such values in my-huge.cnf.

How do i set datadir and basedir?
