problem loging with "-u root" and password
hello falks!
i need help!
my problem: i can not login to the server "mysql -u root -p password" on the command prompt ! I have set up the password for the user "root" but it`s not working! In this moment I can login only using -u root and ' ' /no password/.I have created a new user and I`ve granted him all priviledges on * and gave him a password, but I can not login with this account either.
please, help me to solve the problem!
