Re: no 'mysql' database in my databases

I'm in exactly the same boat. I installed into c:\Program Files\MySql, only to remove it and install it in the default directory, with the result that multiple paths in the registry were incorrect (I fixed those by searching for the pathname).

I then figured it had to do with some incorrect path, but when I create a database, it seems to be created in the correct folder. And "Test" doesn't exist elsewhere, which it finds without a problem.

Help?
