помогите с ишибкой в myisamchk

Нужно переиндексировать БД в другую кодировку...
Пишу следующее:
shell>myisamchk -q -r --set-character-set=cp1251 E:\dev\mysql\data\wares2\*.MYI
В ответ:
myisamchk.EXE: Character set 'cp1251' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'C:\mysql\\share\charsets\Index.xml' file
Почему myisamchk.EXE ищет 'Index.xml' в другом месте??? Как указать ему расположение этого файла 'Index.xml'??? Или может чето не так с опциями mysql???
