I've run into issues using weird service names (I don't know what to call it
other than weird).

So you might try uninstalling that, then calling the Service: MYSQL

Strangely after using plain old MYSQL as the service it seemed to like
it.

You might be able to change the service name by hand later on to something
else.

Give it a shot and let us know.
