windows 7 - running iis 7.5
PHP Version 5.2.14
Attn: Not Program Files Folder
Go to ---
********** C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\data ***********
Delete all but the mysql folder and retry
Also delete your data tables file.
Default is ibdata or something to the effect, depending on install methods and options.
