Error 1364

Hi,

When I reinstall Mysql 5.5.10 on windows7 64bit, the last step in configuring wizard, there is a error 1364: "field authentication string doesn't have a default value". Also in the error message, it suggested go to start menu to configuring wizard again for reinstall user.but I didn't find there is a 'configuring wizard' in my computer. in my computer the directory is : start->Mysql->mySql server 5.5->Mysql command line client.

by the way, before reinstall mysql, I uninstall mysql, delete mysql folders(program files and programdata), and did 'sc delete mysql', and go to regedit to delete all files related to mysql. but there is still troubles to reinstall. It already cost me more than two days. any help is appreciate.
