SQLiteManager is for SQLite databases.

Their website says

SQLiteManager is a powerful database manager for sqlite databases,

MySQL is NOT SQLite.

I use SQLyog from here. http://code.google.com/p/sqlyog/
Other options are HeidiSQL, or MySQL's own Workbench, and I'm sure there are many others.
