Mysql Service on Local Computer Started and then Stopped

Hello there,

I had installed Mysql in my local computer. So when i click to start my "Mysql" under services tab, then i get message that "My SQL service on Local Computer Started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"

Could anybody help me out in this.
