Hello,
When did you update it? I'm still getting the same error. I just updated the repository with dnf update, then:
sudo dnf install mysql-workbench-community
RPM Fusion for Fedora 24 - Nonfree - Updates 3.8 kB/s | 257 B 00:00
Error: nothing provides libctemplate.so.3()(64bit) needed by mysql-workbench-community-6.3.7-1.fc24.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)
