Thank you for your reply. Regarding the four-step process you specify:
1. I have had the GPG suite installed for a few years. Most recent dmg is "GPG_Suite-2016.07_v2.dmg"
2. There is no link in your message at this step.
3. There is no .sig file. That is the problem I cited in my original post. The link that allegedly links to the .sig file ... doesn't.
4. n/a, until I resolve issues with the earlier steps.
