MySQL Server 5.7.2 Install Error - Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable

I am installing on Win10 64bit and I'm getting an error that Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable is missing. But I have installed Visual Studio - in Control Panel - Programs & Features, I can see 2013 Redistributable is present. I rebooted after the Visual Studio installation but it doesn't matter.

Any one have this problem? Any ideas?
