Hello Samuel,
I wasn't able to reproduce the error that you mentioned on a fresh Windows 10. Could you please provide a detailed list of the steps being done?. I'm wondering if you are installing over an existing MySQL Server. Also I will require more information about it such as the Installer log, Installer version, OS version and any other you consider relevant.
