Changes to My.inii file or something else

These are errors that pop up in computername.ERR file when I start MySQL80

I changed the My.ini file for the first two items:

But I did not know what to change or where for the next two items as I could not find these in the My.ini file. I am running the community MYSQL80 on a standalone computer for learning purposes. Please give me valuable advice as I am trying to learn, saying ignore without why does not help me learn.
