Yes, I have tried those Tech Manuals but for some weird reason each time I try to modify the my.ini file with any change (whatever, a simple line in blank by example) the MySQl Server process dont start (I received this message: "The MySQL80 service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs").
I am going to reinstall all from the beginning but this time I am not going to request to create a Windows service (it is not the idea but only for testing).
