I have tried to reconfigure many many times since the upgrade but it always fails. Exact same error message.

MySQL Notifier states it is running and I have loaded web pages that access the database and I can pull or put data into the database.

Sorry, I can't seem to find it anymore. I was going to add my problems to the report but now I can't find it. I'll continue looking.
