New MySQL Install - Workbench issue

I uninstalled my old version (all parts), deleted the install and data directory and installed the new version of MySQL 8.0.20 (Win10 Pro X64). After the install I did the update required for the new authentication. All appears good.
I see that MySQL Notifier icon is red so I look at it. I see 2 services, MySQL57 which is stopped and MySQL80 which is running. Where does the 5.7 server come from? Also, why does the MySQL Router service not show up?
Next I load Workbench and I see a MySQL80 Router and a MySQL57 Server. Again, why does the 5.7 server show up and where is the MySQL80 Server entry?
