always report : Got an error reading communication packets

i have compiled mysql 5.7.30 on CentOS8.2 ( gcc 8.3.1 20191121) ， and it can start successfully . but when i login as root (login first time) , it always report error as below:

Got an error reading communication packets

in the err log file, only this error reported. the others are Notes .

i have stopped the firewall , restart OS, restart mysql service , even recompiled it in new enviriment ,use /etc/my.cnf , or not use my.cnf, etc, but the same error is reported all the time.

how can i fixed it ? what should i do next ?
